The company was established as a partnership between Ir. Teh Kiak Seng, Mr. Sunny Tsai and other minor shareholders. Ir. Teh is a professional civil & structural engineer cum entrepreneur with over 30 years of business experience particularly in construction and housing development. Mr. Tsai is currently Managing Director of Chin Well Holdings Bhd, a company listed on the main board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd.
