Taman Tambun Indah

An exclusive guarded community of over 300 bungalows and 44 semi-detached houses covering part of the 98-acre development project, Taman Tambun Indah was the first successful and largest gated community development project of its kind in Penang. Today, it is still the most sought-after upmarket residential precinct in Seberang Perai.



Scotland Villas

Located at Scotland Road in Penang Island, the development was launched deep into the financial crisis in 2001. Despite such adverse conditions, the Group managed to achieve a breakthrough success by incorporating spacious yet practical built-up areas coupled with classy designs. This innovation proved to be a highly successful formulae and the Group once again made its influence felt with the subsequent advent of other similar premier condo projects in Penang.



Palm Villas

The first strata-landed gated community project in Seberang Perai, Palm Villas is located in the heart of Butterworth town.
